We are proud to announce that our Nicole's Pickles have been recognised as a regional product by VLAM.
The 35 year old recipe of mother Nicole's famous pickles was dusted off a few years ago and given a contemporary twist. Our pickles are prepared in a traditional way with local soft mustard from mustard factory De Ster in Lubbeek. A sauce of mustard and vinegar supplemented with freshly cut crispy gherkins, sour onions and cauliflower makes this Nicole's Pickles a soft-sour pickle that is delicious with both fries and a 'broodje kapt'
